Trying to decide if the pain in my calves and right ankle are from new running drills or the new shoes. I've been in the shoes for about a month. Not to mention my right hip continues to bother me even though I'm in new shoes, stretching better, etc.

This. I am beginning to wonder if my new kicks could be causing my problems.
shoes are the easiest thing to try when you are having aches/issues, but they aren't always the solution. you could have an underlying biomechanical issue that is causing the hip pain or it could just be overuse. if your hip has been consistently bothering you for 4+ weeks in might be time to see your MD.

How do you find out if you are having biomechanical issues? Like, where do people go to get their gait analyzed outside of the LRS?
Tuggy, you can work with a sports chiropractor or doctor or podiatrist to help determine biomechanical issues. I have scoliosis and I am very lopsided so they can definitely be overcome with strength training, stretching, etc.
I think one thing you can look at all by yourself is your range of motion. If one side is more restricted than the other, then you have something going on.

I'm 95% sure my hip is a result from my IT bands and I'm not being patient enough. I also need to get a foam roller. I don't think the stick is enough anymore. The calves and ankle is newerish.
I have a slight pronation. I also have high arches. I was in Brooks and I didn't really have any issues. A different LRS suggested asiacs but they hit my heel weird when I walked and they were heavy as hell. Same LRS suggested Saucony as an alternative. I have run in Saucony before without an issue so I thought I'd be good - plus I love this brand. However, I've never had the inside of my calves ache before, they down right hurt on Saturday. The ankle thing isn't new but I haven't had it in a long while.

my physical therapist analyzed my gait before I started PT for a knee/IT band problem. he had me walk and run and told me where the calluses were on my feet just based on my gait. I was pretty impressed.
I had to get a referral from my sports med/orthopedic MD first so that my insurance would cover it.
I would go to a sports PT and get your gait analysis done. It won't hurt, may cost a little money, but it could save you a ton of frustration and even $$ on shoes that don't work for you.
