First, I have a hard time with "plans" too. I more try to make sure I do either repeats or a tempo (or both) weekly depending on what day it works best. And I get in long runs and try to hit a decent weekly mile total. Some "junk" miles are important to build your base. You will get out what you put in, but you should not train hard every day. I think you're probably doing ok.
Second - Can't believe you may go international again!!!! I would have a hard time focusing too; especially if I didn't know if I could actually do my races. Hope things work out how you want w/ the move.

As for being unmotivated, I've never taken on marathon training, but I was going through the motions when I did back to back 1/2s a few years ago. I got very uninterested in doing the tough stuff.
Exciting about your move! I am always jealous of how adventurous you and your H are. What a great example for DD.
