B: breakfast lean pocket- was running extremely late for work didn't even get to make my coffee S: hard boiled eggs L: salad w/ grilled chicken, almonds, dried cranberries, goat cheese & apple cider vinegarette S: chobani flip D: lean cuisine T: DH bought ice cream cones
B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, dried fruit and nuts, hot green tea L: not sure yet - potluck at work for the last day of school but I might order a grilled chicken salad w/ tomatoes, black olives, green peppers, jalapenos, and banana peppers plus some apple slices S: small brownie or piece of cake E: 5 mile run - it's going to be so hot out when I run - high 80's and humid:( D: meeting up with friends - turkey breast, coleslaw, and green beans from my favorite BBQ place

B: green smoothie L: TJ's veggie burger on bagel thin w/ provolone, romaine, avocado & salsa S: carrots w/ hummus, kettlecorn if needed after work D: the pork we've supposed to have eaten the last 2 nights. I swear it's getting eaten tonight
E: rest day. Pushed my knee a little too hard yesterday so giving it a break today. Plus its suppposed to be in the 90s here...

B: 1 egg, 2 whites, scrambled, slice of ezekiel toast w/a pat of butter, 2 slices of watermelon S1: Fage nonfat yogurt w/blueberries & walnuts L: leftover bbq chicken quinoa salad from last night S2: hummus w/cucumbers and a couple of crackers E: hour long boot camp D: red peppers stuffed w/ground turkey and brown rice. Creamy kale salad.

B:2 scrambled eggs and Orange Juice (bad idea. I shouldn't have tried to eat eggs again) S: Jalapeno Kettle Chips L: Salad (romaine, green leaf, tomatoes, celery, and balsamic vinaigrette) S: Either a hemp rice cake with peanut butter and flaxseed or celery with peanut butter and flax seed D: Not sure yet
E: barre exercises and maybe a short jog that hopefully won't hurt my knee.
