predicted again for the next couple of days. We cannot catch a break here in OK. Hopefully it will just be some wind and hail. Most of the people in Moore have moved past the recovery efforts with their homes/belongings and now it's just major clean up time.
In good news, all the families that I am connected to have found solid temporary housing. My husband and I have personally been helping two 20-something sisters who lived together and lost their home, one of whom has significant health problems, and a single mom and her kid who also lost their home.
(I was contacted by a probie asking how to help, so if anyone is still wanting to do something you can PM me. We have a couple other families at my school that lost their homes, and I can recommend solid churches that I trust will put funds to honest use with victims.)
We are all ready to put severe storm season behind us and move forward to summer! H and I are definitely discussing putting in a storm shelter next winter. The only thing holding us back is that we may only be at this home for a couple of years.

Hey ladies, we are just fine in the FLB household. Sirens have been going off all evening and it looked like we were in a direct path for awhile, but nothing transpired near me. News reports are hard to get right now, but there have been a few tornadoes, all south of me. Two fatalities so far, and some really awful traffic situations, but nothing like what we saw last week. There are 50,000 without power. Thank so much for checking on me. OKC needs a break.
