They have a store in our mall here and I recently walked through it, since I've only seen their stuff in catalogs. It's really, really nice stuff but very VERY pricey. The store is actually smack dab in the high end section of the mall, right next to Louis V, Tiffany's, and Burberry if that tells you anything about the clientele
Do they happen to have a retail store near you? All the stuff was top quality, I can't imagine being disappointed honestly!
Nope, we just randomly got a catalogue from them in the mail and dh is keen on one of their patio sets. I've never heard of them before so I was curious about what others thought.
My aunt regularly orders from them. So much, in fact, that she gets a special catalog from them for their best customers with things like a $7,000 lawn reindeer for Christmas. No lie, we were all standing around stunned that a) someone manufactured such a thing and b) that Frontgate obviously had customers who would buy it. So yes, their quality is VERY nice. PP saying their physical store is located next to Tiffany, Burberry, etc, doesn't surprise me at all.
I feel like a disclaimer is in order: no, my aunt doesn't buy $7,000 lawn reindeer lol. She does like to routinely buy $200 tchotchkes and embroidered pillows that most of us would be like, "uh, no, what a waste."

I bought an umbrella for our patio from there. Like pp said, it's definitely expensive, but great quality. For the occasional purchase, it can be worth it, but it's way too expensive to furnish the entire house from there.
I have never ordered from them, though I think my zero-gravity recliner (which was a gift from my mom) is from Frontgate. It's fabulous and has held up well.
