B: ww bagel thin w/PBJ, hot tea L: either out w/a friend (probably a big salad, unsweet tea) or TJ's spinach lasagna, Greek yogurt S1: ww crackers S2: Chobani chocolate yogurt D: Probably out; depends on what DH wants E: None, day off I've been eating out too much lately at lunch. It's time to rein that back in starting next week.
I'm really trying to get back on the bandwagon. Too much vacation and bad weather has gotten me out of my routine and I'm floundering to get back.
B: 3 eggs, coffee L: chef's salad D: ? out with the H most likely. E: depends on how hot it gets, either run 3-4 miles or go to the gym and lift. S: ? Whatever looks good when I'm hungry.
B: handful of honey nut cheerios and raisins before morning run, oatmeal w/ strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries and some dried fruit and nuts, hot green tea, lots of water E: 4 mile run at 5 am this morning - it was already 70 and humid out - I'm worn out from yesterdays 5 miler in the heat and today's run:( L: Vita Top frozen pizza (its all I had at home to bring for lunch), greek yogurt and fruit and diet coke (I'm a zombie this morning) S: apple E: cleaning house for an hour or two D: I have to get rid of fresh produce before we leave on vacation tomorrow so big salad w/ beets, sweet potato, feta cheese?
I have eaten a banana and 2 cheese sticks so far Soon I will have oatmeal + peanut butter and a grapefruit
Lunch- probably a bacon turkey & cheddar melt from Cosi. With baby carrots, for health purposes ha
Dinner- I don't have a plan yet but I am leaning towards stopping at whole foods after work and buying some burgers and stuff to grill. It's SUMMER outside.
Exercise- doing a 10,000 step per day fitness challenge thingy at work, so will attempt to walk 10,000 steps. I usually manage it. I also plan to go to the gym at lunch and lift weights for 45 minutes.
