I am irritated with my new HRM chest strap

The chest strap that came with my garmin crapped out on me so I ordered a new one, the soft strap since the price difference was negligible. Since then my Garmin shows me burning significantly fewer calories during my workouts. We're talking a 20 calorie per mile difference. I'm feeling cheated when I enter my workouts into MFP.

Interesting. I would be wanting to order a third strap to see what result it produced. I wouldn't know which one to believe!
