I started off so well this month, but then they closed my trail and my TM is in pieces, since H decided to try and figure out how it will fit through the back door. *-)

65. Sad trombone.
I might still get in 3 with the stroller tonight. My goal is always 75, but this month was rough. I was sick, my son was sick, we were out of town for the weekend from hell. Lots of excuses to be had, but I am still disappointed.

68. Down from 114 last month!! Argh! I had a lot of trouble recovering from my first marathon at the beginning of the month. I'm just happy I'm getting back into a routine. This heat wave is not making things any easier!
I got a new phone last month (Samsung the Note - it is huge and comes with a pen)...I love using the pen so I finally downloaded an app for logging workouts. And I logged every workout for May! It's a pretty neat app, does all the math for you.
RUN: 198.3 (too bad I got sick, I would have went over 200!) BIKE: 315.25 SWIM: 15,758 meters (9 miles) HOT YOGA: 4 hours

92.45...not bad for "taking it easy" since my half on May 12. Focusing more on quality than quantity for the summer months, so my numbers will probably stay pretty low.
