I've also added a weekly spin class to my workouts and I'm hoping my the end of June I'll be feeling some improvement, I never realised how good it was for your core strength

late to the party.
run/walk - 29.53 (24% of my mileage was with the double stroller, 20% with the single and a wonderful 56% all alone thanks to being on vacation and having family in town to watch the littles) bike - 99.39 swim - a measly 200 yards and that was in a race strength - one 45 minute session
