That's great!!
And don't worry about having no place to live. We got an offer out of nowhere, and then found our new house the same week. It all works out. Even if you have to live somewhere temporary for a month or so. If the offer is good enough for you guys, don't pass it up.

Can you maybe rent a place that is just month to month temporarily? Just until you find where you want to be.
I know they are pretty scarce to find though.
I can't even find something that's affordable with a one year lease. I'd been looking and found tons before, but all the listings are deleted, so I assume they are gone.

Talk to your realtor. They deal with this kind of thing all the time and may have some suggestions for you.
FX everything works out!
He keeps sending me listings, but I'm better at the internet than he is, so he's not sending me anything I haven't seen weeks ago.
I am going to hound him this week about that one vacant property that he told us had "several offers". Maybe our no contingency and quick settlement would work in our favor.

Have you used your realtor before and liked him? He should have access to the realtor listing that included 100% of currently for sale homes. If homes have an accepted offer they probably won't even show them to you. The realtor we just used was even able to get us in a few houses a day or so before they were officially listed because he called his realtor friends to see what they were about to list.

Since the internet, non-realtors have the same access as realtors as far as houses that are listed. Most websites/apps are real-time at this point. Both our realtors told us that.

Our realtor told us the opposite last year when we bought our house. He said realtor.com takes a while to update and he had a bunch of listings that were not even on the Internet. But maybe it depends on the area too and how much is listed.

This realtor actually told us the same abour realtor.com and he uses MRIS Listings. But MRIS listings is, somehow, not all inclusive. So I use both. And Google. And CraigsList. And forsalebyowner.com!

Around here the online websites are outdated. Like they say for sale but they really got an accepted offer a few weeks ago so they are essentially sold, its annoying. And new listing took a few days to show up on the site.

I meant that your realtor might know of some places that you can rent. My ILs had to live in a rental for a couple months while their new home was being built and their realtor was the one that hooked them up with that.

Ohhh, yeah, that's the same here. But, it's good because if we have our house sold and the contract is contingent on someone else selling their house, it's still potentially available to us.

Oh yeah, I also included in the email to the realtor to ask around about rentals. I know lots of realtors have income properties so maybe through his network, he'd know of something.

This, exactly. We found a 1 month (cat friendly) rental though our realtor a few years ago when we relocated and were in between the temporary corporate rental apartment and our house. She asked her realtor friends and one knew of this random rich lady who was renting out her waterfront bungalow/summer home for relatively cheap so we lived like rich people for a month! The only thing I could find on my own was a 6 month lease so the fancy rental was actually less money.
ETA - congrats on the offer! That's really great news
