I haven't read the article, but I don't like her being charged. I know several women who have had late term stillborn babies with no known cause, and unless they can prove that the baby was stillborn because of meth, how do they know that she isn't just a woman who had a stillborn baby? And even if they can prove that it's because of meth, I think that it's a pretty slippery slope. Which actions are manslaughter, and which are just lacking prenatal care?
