BIL and SIL's cows would look like this when they got them show-ready (I was amazed that they used hairspray and stuff to style them). They look all nice and fuzzy and then they take a dump and they are back to looking like a regular cow. ::rains on everyone's fuzzy cow parade::

lol. Yeah, growing up in farm country, this was my first thought. My second was if they are beef cattle, or what. I've been around cows, and have no desire for one in my backyard, even a fluffy one. I probably should work on my cynicism, huh. .
No way, you people don't get one of these cows. You would likely EAT him. He is safe with me.
My thoughts about these cows:
1. OMG DYING AT THE CUTE!! 2. Hm, I wonder if they taste like regular non-fluffy cows?
The shame.
I can answer your questions!! I grew up on a beef farm and showed cows through school, these are actually no different than your standard cows, they are bred better and kept in better conditions of course. For example, the third cow is an Angus which is your typical beef cow. These are cows that are prepped for show, so the hair is combed up to give the appearance of very straight legs and a nicely shaped round.
I'm going to show these pics to my daughter, because I know she will say "awwww sooo cuuuute! I want one, mommy!" Then I can tell her to ask her dad so he can hear it from her and not me. Cause I want one! Well, only to fawn over, not to take care of. Haha
(And @tambcat , that second pic of J! Awwwwwww talk about wanting to give hugs! So presh! )
