my place takes small squares of aluminum foil and a small piece of cotton soaked in acetone and wraps each nail. By the time they are at the end of the other hand, the first hand is ready. Then they take the metal stick and scrape it off. It's probably easier to go in but it will take 15 minutes maybe
I always just pick mine off! Haha probably not the best method, but if they start to chip or bubble, I peel them off and they usually come off pretty easy. It's never hurt my nails either.
This is what's happening.. they are starting to peel at the sides and it's driving me nuts!!
@smudgee what do I soak them in? like a cup of acetone? and for how long? thx

You can use a cup....put enough in for one finger at a time! soak.... peel.... soak.... peel.... till it all comes off. Or do the cottonball tin foil. Only use tin foil cause the acetone will eat through anything else.

They do the foil at my salon too. I didn't know what they used but if it's just acetone you can def do it at home! I'd let it soak as long as you can so you don't have to scrape it off and it will just fall off.
