D has been in the 18lb range since February (18lb 4oz in feb and 18lb 8oz today) and actually lost 3oz in the last few weeks. With her other issues (lots of infections and prolonged low grade fever, lack of appetite) we are going to see a specialist to check into it (also the specialist is also an allergy dr so we are seeing her for allergy issues as well) but I'm just curious how other babies this age are growing?
K gained very slow too. He saw a specialist and dietician every week up until 10.5 months. At 10 mnths he still was 15 pounds but now is up to 20 so we no longer have to worry. I think they just grow at their own pace. We did all the testing to see if it was something else and one day it just clicked and he started gaining.

Ya I wouldn't be worried if she didn't have the other things going on. She's had a fever pretty much everyday for 6 weeks!
Colin grew like a weed the first 9 months but by 12 months he lost weight (nearly 2lbs) and hasn't really gained. I think it's the age and the fact that they are energizer bunnies!
Is the fever high or lowgrade? I dont know much about fevers. If she doesnt feel well she prob wont eat too much. What do her drs say? Are they worried about the weight or fevers? Or both? Does she seem out of it? Is it linked to teething or do they just not know yet?

I think A has been close to 20lbs for months now, only going up or down by a few ounces. She's dropped percentile too consistently since like 6 months and the pedi isn't concerned!
I have slow gainers. We just doubled our birthweight this month. Mine have consistently been slow gainers from birth though (even though they were macrosomic at birth).

How much did they weigh at birth? Zoe still hasn't doubled.

Poor little muffin
Low grade (but higher when she was sick) she's mostly her happy self, occasionally tired but she doesn't sleep well. Her drs are not overly concerned but enough to look a little closer. I don't think it's related to teething but that's so hard so hard to say.

Kalvin was 10 lbs, 22" at birth, on his 1st birthday he was 20 lbs 32.5", by a week later (he had an ear infection) he was down to 19 lbs 5 oz. He didn't get back up to 20 lbs until 13.5 months. He was 27 lbs, 38.5" at 2 years and 30 lbs, 40.5" at 3 years.
Katelyn was 9 lbs 2 oz, 21" at birth, at one year she was 18 lbs 1 oz, 32.25". She was 18 lbs 6 oz on the scale two weeks ago.
N was born at 7lbs10oz, and is still smallish at 20.4lbs. They really don't gain much at all during the 2nd year of life. I think Adam only gained 1-2 lbs? I'll have to check my baby book. They are so active that they will gain slowly right now.
A is under 18 pounds as of last week. We aren't too concerned because he's following the same curve L did, I even had our dr. check L's weight from her 1 year appointment.
Evie started as a big baby, but has gained weight super slow. She is such a small eater it drives me nuts. I feel like all I do is feed her and most of it ends up on the floor or she shakes her head and refuses to eat. Grrr. She's probably on the petite side now.
