No. Rose gold will change color over time, it's not as strong so it wont withstand bumps and everyday wear as well, and...well, look at it on the model. It's SO small, it might as well be a rubberband on her finger, kwim?
I would save your money until you can buy something worth buying.
One thing about eternity rings is that they seem to get SO MUCH DIRTIER than rings with diamonds down the top of the band. You can get a similar effect without as many yuck catching crevices.
The diamond color quality on the second one is a little better than the first you posted, but the clarity is poor. And when you have an eternity band that is so thin and where the diamonds are so small, you want the quality of the diamonds to be good, otherwise they end up looking like tiny, dirty little rocks instead of shiny diamonds. Personally, I'd wait until I could splurge a little more on something that I love and will be worth the money.

I would skip all rosegold. And really, it sounds like you'd be better off just waiting and spending more money on a nicer quality ring that you will truly love and that will last.
