The tops of both feet are cramping, but if I point my foot down to stretch it out, then the arches of both feet start cramping. OUCH! Does anyone else get these? At least it's not as painful as a charley horse.
I've gotten these since I was in high school. For me, it's usually because I forget to drink water. Also, stretching my feet every morning helps a lot.
I get them in my arch, never on the top. My H taught me a trick to get rid of the cramp in the arch - pull your toes back towards you. Cramp goes away in no time.
