B: rolled oats with blueberries and strawberries L: egg salad sandwich and side salad S: protein shake, rasberries and almonds D: protein shake and either homemade pizza or veggie burger.
B: 3 eggs scrambled, coffee L: Salad or maybe a tuna sandwich D: grilled something. I need to go to the store to pick up a protein S: cheese stick E: Insanity

B: 2 c spinach, 1 banana, 1 c berries, 2tbsp flaxseed and 1 scoop protein powder blended L: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg white, 1 red bell pepper, 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese, 1/2 c milk, scrambled. And a giant carrot with 4 tbsp hummus D: TJ's frozen eggplant lasagna, maybe 2! E: Teach 3 classes, one class too many lol
