City Walk looked like a blast when we were leaving Universal. We couldn't stay but it did look very adult-friendly. Restaurants, bars, outdoor drinking and dining, performers, live music and outdoor televisions. Maybe one day we'll go back to visit the MIL and leave the kids for a date-night.

Mall of Millenia is great. There is a martini bar named Blue Martini which is nice. If you are coming this weekend and will be near downtown there is a free LL Cool J concert. Park Avenue in Winter Park is really nice to walk around at night.

It depends on where you are.
If you are in Lake Buena Vista / Kissimmee:
- Downtown Disney - Jelly Rolls on the Boardwalk - Celebration Town Tavern (although not easily accessible unless you have a car) - The Ale House (Get zingers if you eat chicken. Mix the Medium sauce with honey mustard.)
If you are on I-Drive or Universal area:
- Howl at the Moon - O'Shucks (my friend owns this bar) - CityWalk (hit Pat O'Briens for sure, but there are lots of other cool bars too) - Cafe Tu tu Tango is AWESOME. All appetizer sized portions, local artists, free tarot card readings and hired tango dancers throughout the restaurant. Fun, fun, fun.
If you are downtown:
- The Imperial Wine Bar & Beer Garden (haven't been, but heard good things) - Church Street (Latitudes, in particular, used to be awesome. Not sure if it still is, but they have a rooftop bar that is killer and you get admission to Chillers too, which is fun and I think Big Belly, but these are more clubby.) We also used to go to Slingapours and One Eyed Jacks, but again more clubby. Sky Sixty is good too. Another rooftop bar.)
If you want to go shopping, go to the Mall at Millennia for sure. The Premium Outlets in Lake Buena Vista are also great.

^^^ Listen to all of this, she nailed it (especially on the zingers and I also recommend the Captain Jack's Buried Treasure for dessert from the Ale House)
Also downtown there is a bar named "The Lodge". It's pretty fun and plays 80's and 90's rock (think Bon Jovi) and it is not clubby at all.

I like the outlets on I-Drive. Since they re-did them they are better than the ones at Buena Vista, and nicer.
I would recommend Park Ave in Winter Park if you want to walk around, eat good food, and do some boutique shopping. Cask and Larder is close to that and is supposed to be excellent, I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.
pantsoffdanceoff - OMG. I miss Captain Jack's Buried Treasure so, so much.
I've gone there before on my lunch break and just gotten that. Nothing makes you feel like the waitress is judging you like ordering a dessert that is meant to serve 4 for yourself

@t2j - Since you'll have a car, I also recommend The Wine Bar in Winter Park. You can put money on a little swiper card and sample a bunch of different wines.
Also, this is a bit of a haul, but the Willow Tree in Sanford has the best German food I've ever had.
And the lounge at The Grand Bohemian downtown is fun.

All of these are great suggestions. The Willow Tree is sooo good.

I'm in Sanford! Haha. I just moved from downtown Orlando a few weeks ago. Not sure where you'll be, we're going to be at Wall St Saturday night for my sisters bday. Ale house is amazing. I missed the shit out of it when I moved up north for a bit. I know I'm a noob, but I'd love to be part of a Central FL GTG.
