The nurse called me and I said I must be really early in getting a BFP. I white lied and said I didn't know my LMP and I should be 4weeks 5days. My hcg is 104 and I don't feel optimistic about this number though I know it's still in normal range. I don't remember my numbers with C but I remember they were awesome. My progesterone is great at 42 though.

I had SUCH LOW NUMBERS with Violet. I'll try to dig them up somewhere. Every week my RE said I was going to miscarry and I didn't. I know it's nearly impossible but do notttt focus on your beta numbers. They CAN indicate something but they don't necessarily mean anything. No worrying at this point!
I wouldn't worry especially if you aren't 100% sure of ovulation. I don't put full faith in OPKs anyway. With pcos particularly you can turn an opk positive and not actually ovulate. I know you have long cycles so you could have caught a surge where you geared up to ovulated but didn't. Then you could have ovulated later and not even known and aren't that far along at all. My numbers were higher on 20 dpo this time, but I know they were a lot lower last time around, with Linus at least. I was also told I was going to miscarry, but was just earlier than I thought. GL! Your progesterone is amazing!
I don't remember what my hcg levels were, I think she said like 140 (maybe 240?) something? I was so concentrated on my low progesterone number so I wasn't really listening to the others after she said "everything else looks perfect." Even at 25, that's considered 'pregnant', so as long as they're doubling, you're fine! Your progesterone number is awesome! Mine was around 5.2 at 4 weeks.
With A my hcg number was so low, my dr hesitated to even say I was pregnant. Seriously, I think it was like in the twenties when I was about 4 weeks. It's the doubling time that matters more than the actual number, so try not worry.
