I put sunscreen on first, but then didn't know if body glide would rub the sunscreen off. Or if I put on the body glide first, if the sunscreen would cause it not to work.
YES! These are the things that run through my head.
I would do sunscreen first. You are supposed to put it on 20 mins before you go outside so it can soak in.
This. It depends on if you are using a sunscreen or a sunblock, but unless it's a zinc oxide type of protection, it needs time to absorb into your skin.
And people like me who live in BFE and have to drive 8 miles to go run "in town" totally have time to wait for it to soak in!
I'm barely remember to spray the stuff on before I head out. Maybe I should put it on at work and go back to my desk for 20 minutes before I run at lunch. I'm sure my coworkers would love me.
I usually let it soak in (ghost white redhead reporting for suncare duty!), but last night I had to spray and go or else the run wouldn't have happened.
ETA: I belive bodyglide has a version with SPF in it. I saw it at an expo - maybe last year? Which I thought was very....odd...considering where my body glide goes.
