Halp! Diagnose me! Possible tmi

Ever since my run on Sunday I haven't sat on the toilet without pooping. Sometimes I'm crampy and I can feel it coming, others I just think I'm going to pee and then I'm like "huh, a surprise poop. Lovely."

I'm usually a little, um looser? after runs, but I'm on day 4 now. I'm worried that I may have picked up something in all that gross mud that I was submerged in. Is that possible? When do I call the doctor and be like, "So I was playing in the mud and now I can't stop pooping?"

If it makes a difference, all my friends I ran it with are sick, but with sinus infections and hives. Not sure wtf is going on with that.

Am I going to have to poop in a sour cream container? : (

You said it was super hot out that day, yes? Did they get in the cold water? If yes, that would explain their sinus stuff. If no, it could still come from the heat.

It's possible running + heat + stanky ass mud has played a big part in this.

Are you drinking a lot of fluids? Make sure you are, especially with going to the bathroom so often.

If it persists, I would go see a doctor. I wouldn't take much for it in the event that it is a virus or something and it's trying to leave your body quickly.

The cold water thing makes sense because I didn't do that one and I'm the only one not suffering from sinuses now. I knew skipping that was a good idea.

I'm not usually a big drinker, but I've been trying to up my water intake. Maybe I should up it even more.

I just need to stop pooping.
