They've been refrigerated the whole time. I'm usually not real strict when it comes to expiration dates, but I think I might be pushing it here.

Don't eggs last like 3-5 weeks after the date? I don't even check the date on eggs because they last so long and go so fast in our house.

I've never noticed a bad egg. I wouldn't even know one if I opened it. Do they smell like sulphur? In the past I've let eggs stay in the fridge for months. Not now. I eat about a dozen a week.
