I've been doing MJS's for months & never had an issue, but all of a sudden my lettuce is brown on day 2 or 3. Im sick of throwing out tons of food (threw out 4 MJS's today). Can anyone help me troubleshoot?
I layer it like this: green & red peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, olives, banana peppers, cheese, hard boiled egg, romaine then sunflower seeds. I add dressing when I eat it. Everything is completely dry except for the olives & banana peppers, I just shake those off.
It did, but it was all over a week from expiration. It happened to me last week too, but I had only made a few so I didn't have to throw as many out. I'm stumped.
