Went to my first session of cardio tennis for the summer yesterday and somehow tweaked my back. I hadn't hit a ball since last September, so that is probably my first problem. I think it was from the pivot motion. I am going to hit the gym to use the foam roller and to try to loosen it up at lunch. But yay, cardio tennis was fun! I am trying to slowly expand my horizons from just running to I do more outside in the summer.

That sounds like fun. What do you do? I'd love to get back into tennis, but everything around me is $$ for something structured, and I don't know anyone who is at my skill level.
Its tennis, but with lots of drills and you play games with alternate rules so that you are running around and hitting a lot of balls. Its a lot of fun and you don't really need much skill.
