Sun- Protein Pancakes w/fruit Mon- Veggie Quesadillas Tues- Spinach Quinoa Patties w/sweet potato fries Wed- Crockpot Cashew Chicken over rice w/veggies Thurs- Southwestern Salad Fri- either breakfast for dinner or pizza Sat- Out for my dad's birthday
Vegan Chorizo Hash with spinach-mushroom salad. Chana masala with naan and mesclun salad in a yogurt-dill dressing Black bean quesadillas with watermelon-jicama salad Edamame-shiitake stir fry over basmati rice Grilled salmon with grilled peach-arugula salad and ciabatta a night of leftovers and a night out.
