1. Every year unless there is some sort of disaster (okay, not disaster, but if it were raining or something probably I wouldn't go)
2. Pretty much all activities. I love the parades, although we don't do one where we live now. I also love the festivals, drag shows, bar/club parties/afterparties, etc.
3. N/A
4. My parents used to take me when I was a kid, so probably 3 or 4... whenever they started having pride festivals around where I lived.
5. The first pride I went to when I was out I was about 12.
6. Very much so.
7. I love to see kids at pride! Now, I have never lived in SF or someplace where there might be portions I wouldn't be okay with little kids seeing (sexually explicit stuff - I don't know how prevalent this really is and I've never seen it first-hand, but I've heard stories.) I am not generally alarmist about kids and sexuality, and I am also not a parent yet or possibly ever, so I can't say it would or wouldn't really bother me in the end. I grew up in a place where pride is VERY tame and especially family friendly and there are a lot of same-sex parents and their kids who go, in which case I would think it might be fun for the kids to see other families that look like theirs and celebrate and all that.
2. The parade. I stopped going to the post-parade festival because it was just all fundraisers and people with clipboards trying to get you to donate money or sign something. I understand why they would target Pride, but it's a drag.
4. I can't remember if I ever went in college. If not, 22.
5. Yes
6. More so than me.
7. We plan to participate in the kid-friendly activities here once the kids are older, and either take them to or march in the parade.
