What should I buy my MIL for her birthday?

Which is tonight?  LOL

H's only input was "Something small".  Ugh.  And if I leave it up to him, she won't get a gift, this is what happened at FILs birthday.  I hate FIL, but  I love MIL, so she needs a gift. 

Book recs?  Chocolate? Tea? 

I feel like we always buy her some of the following: books, chocolate, tea, puzzles, kid pictures (we have done albums, bags, puzzles, calendars, etc).  Ugh. 

She doesn't cook.  She loves to quilt, but drives to Vermont regularly for fabrics.  She isn't into fancy anything.

I have no idea, I think they do multiple stores. She goes with friends and they make a week-long trip out of it. Quilting is serious business! ;-)

Buy her a good set of teas or/and some really good chocolate.

Does she use the internet? If she does, there are a lot of fabric stores online. You could get her a GC for one of those or for Etsy. I get fabric from Etsy. There is a big selection on there.

Does she ever go to local fabric shops? Does she go to Joann Fabrics or anyplace like that? Maybe she gets other supplies there?

A candle would be nice, or a chocolate & tea basket maybe.
I really like gift cards, but it's hard if you don't know where she shops.
