Holy shit people. I went to the massage therapist that the coaches at my box suggested. She's a CrossFitter and specializes in sports injuries. She wanted to wait a few days before I came in so that the inflammation could go down. She seriously rocked my world. I'm not limping anymore, and i can actually bend forward more than like an inch. I could PUT MY JEANS ON like a normal person without any weird maneuvers. It feels so great! I can get in and out of my car with practically NO PAIN! I have to keep doing stretches because my muscles will want to shrink back to where they were for the past week, I can tell once they start to go back cuz it'll start hurting, and then once I stretch it out it feels way better again! THANK GOD! I'm seriously amazed. She said it'd be good to go to crossfit as soon as I feel up to it, because just moving around will be good, I just need to use really light weights for now. Obviously. I'll see how it feels tomorrow and if it's good I'll maaaaaybe go but probably wait until Thursday, or maybe even Monday and ill just keep stretching and doing some easy exercises at home. I'll try doing out usual warmup to see if it hurts and if it feels good I'll give it a go. Yay!
