Man, 2 weeks on a cruise really does a number on your healthy habits. To keep things H&F related, I start training for my fall half this week. Maybe those extra wine pounds will come off?
On an interesting note, our cruise docked for an overnight in Istanbul the first night of the protests there. We got to experience a little bit of tear gas and saw flairs and helicopters. It really puts in to perspective the freedoms we enjoy in the U.S.
I did run a few miles on the ship. Otherwise I did this:

I am still trying to find my motivation to work out after my nearly two week vaca earlier this month. It's not easy-especially in this God awful heat and humidity
