Do you guys have any recommendations for running shorts that don't ride up on your legs? I have kind of thunder thighs, and pretty much every pair of shorts I've tried to run in ride up into my crotch. I've just been running in capris, and since the summer weather seems to have forgotten to show up, its been cool enough for that. But I'm hoping to find some comfortable running shorts before it starts getting hot.

I like lll speed short as they are shorter so less ride up or shorter nike shorts similar to lll I prefer shorter shorts so less material to ride up my leg as my legs carry all my weight
I can't stand having any part of my legs rub together even with Body Glide, so I need to find shorts that don't ride up. I'll be honest...I still haven't found anything I completely am in love with. I've wasted a lot of money on shorts that don't work

Thanks! Throw me in the category of 'I hate any part of my thighs to rub together' as well.I bought a pair of ccompression shorts to wear under the pair of shorter running shorts, so i hope that will feel better. I'm going to try it out tonight and see how it works out.

I still haven't found anything I like as much as knee length capris. I can wear whatever up to 4-5 miles, but after that, I need my crops to avoid chafing.
I picked up a few pair of Old Navy running shorts when they were $5 this weekend and they are okay. My favorite thing to run in is my pacesetter skirt from lulu, that thing doesn't budge.

I loved these when I needed the compression shorts.
eta: Wow, tara, maybe pay attention to the dates of posts.
I just bought a pair of these and wore them over the weekend. They were pretty good. The bottom layer didn't stay perfectly in place the entire time, but I was on the borderline of two sizes and I sized up, so they probably weren't as tight as they should be.
