I want to get the most bang for my buck, like nutrient wise, but I'd like it to taste good and somewhat breakfasty lol. I've been doing kale, banana, spinach, berries, and flax seeds. It's good, but not so green. Thanks!
I've been on a mango kick so mango chunks, lowfat vanilla greek yogurt, dash of soy milk, flax seeds, and lots of spinach as I'm really bad about eating greens. I usually just change up the fruit but spinach is always my stable.

I have one close to everyday! Kale/spinach, half banana, any kind of fruit I have on hand, chia/flax seeds and coconut milk or water. i am trying to add in other vegetables like cucumber, celery, etc. sometimes avocado, lemon/lime juice, and almond butter if I need the protein. i pretty much add anything I happen to have. Sure some taste better than others but using my main items with add in's, they usually turn out pretty good!

I do a variation of this one. I think she has the recipe for the one I use somewhere else. I like kale, green apple, celery, ginger, lemon, whatever herbs I have around.
