Hi! I've just finished New Rules of Lifting for Women and am looking for another set of workouts. What do you recommend? I really need a program to follow or I will stray...
I loved NROL and would recommend it to others. I have much more upper body strength than when I started and can do 1 pull up! Almost 2! That's a big accomplishment for me. By the end of the program, however, it was getting pretty tedious. So, I'm looking to mix it up a little!

The "men's" book has a few different programs. I did the Fat Loss programs out of that book when I finished NROL4W. There are also a few new NROL books out now. I believe the newest is called NROL Supercharged.
I highly recommend the NROL for Abs - way better than NROLFW. After the abs book (~3 month program), do NROL Supercharged. Updated exercises and you learn how to create your own workout program. I think both are superior to NROLFW.
