I got my butt out of bed at 6am (!!!!!!) this morning to get my run in since it will be 95 degrees today. It was really nice out and I'm surprised how much energy I had during the run and afterwards.
You all are starting to make me jealous. I am almost considering getting a gym pass so I can go use their elliptical. I can't do anything high impact on my feet because they're super messed up.

Nope. My knees are all sorts of fucked up again. I did use the elliptical though and I'm planning on lifting today but leaving out squats and the like.

I have class tonight, and then I have to go grocery shopping so won't be home until late. The most running I plan on doing today is from appointment to appointment, and from one side of the office to the other. But I am going grocery shopping after class... That's kind of like weight lifting, right?
