Any go to foods you keep at home, just in case you don't feel like cooking or eating out, that would suffice as a meal? I keep tilapia in the freezer; thaws quickly and broils in 10 min, add some brown rice and salad. Done.

I add in frozen spinach or a can of peas and can whip this up in 20 minutes. I'll also throw frozen potstickers, frozen spinach and rice all in the rice cooker and it's a quicky.

Usually it's Hamburger Helper boxes, frozen lasagna, or those Voila ready-made meals in the freezer section. We also buy pizza crusts to make our own at home which usually only takes 15 mins (half the time of delivery!)

I keep garlic, oregano, and basil.
Garlic goes in everything.
I always have spaghetti makings. I usually keep fish in the freezer, and shrimp. Both are easy to whip up. Also, frozen steam able brown rice and frozen broccoli.
