Background: We have a 3 bed/1 bath house. We'd like another bathroom now and eventually want to add on space to the back of the house to connect it more with the backyard and have a larger dining area. When we add on, it would be great to add on space that increases the home's value (i.e. beds and baths). We don't ever plan to sell, but you never know.
Goal: Add a 3/4 bathroom now to our master bedroom that can be expanded to a full bath in a year or two or three when we do the addition. We'd like to avoid re-doing anything we've already done.
Here's what I've come up with (not exactly to scale but close). Thoughts?
Addition floor plan (50'x15' addition at the back of the house). Kitchen will be open on to dining/family room on the back. Takes us from 1250 to 2000 sq/ft.
Is the square in the bottom right next to the toilet the shower? Will you have enough clearance for the entry there? I think code requires a minimum of 24".

Yes, there's enough room. The shower we've chosen opens from the corner:

This will def make the master smaller. Maybe not the end of the world once you build the huge walkin, but looks to be the def smaller than bed 1, and same if not smaller than bed 2.
Eta: if I am reading dimensions right, your master will effectively be 10.5x9 (slightly bigger for walkways but not usable space). That's pretty small.
