D&G Light Blue- I'm wearing it right now and

I am kind of meh about it. I spritzed on some eau de toilette while I was in Ulta today to try it out. It smells very powdery, almost too much so on my skin. I really thought I was going to love it, and well, I really don't. Hurumph.

I hate when I spray something and can't stand it and then have to shower to get rid of it. I love light blue though.

I love light blue. I wore it on my wedding day so it always reminds me of that when I wear it now.

Thank you @cbloom!! This is one of my favorite spring/ summer scents, & I always get lots of compliments. I was a bit hmph @ all the naysayers. Maybe you're just not wearin' it right...
Eta: I see That riversong was really the only 'naysayer'. So changing my tune a bit that sincerely some scents smell (alliteration- whut?!) differently on some ppl. And I'm very sorry this scent doesn't suit you river

Scents are different on everyone, of course, but I agree it seems more citrusy than powdery.

There is another version of Light Blue, Dreaming in Portofino. It's also nice. Maybe you'll like that one better? It comes in a smaller bottle, I believe.

I don't like regular light blue. But they have a light blue dreaming in portofino edition that is fabulous. It's hard to find. I stockpile it

Oh really? Is that one more citrusy? It's bizarre how powdery regular Light Blue smells on me

I love light blue too. It doesn't smell powdery at all on me, more citrusy as others have mentioned, which is good considering I can't stand the smell of baby powder.
