Need recipe for chicken thighs

I have some boneless skinless chicken thighs and am looking for a slow cooker recipe. I can't have curry or spicy food, but any suggestions?

Thanks! It looks awesome. I made a skillet Italian thing yesterday, but I want more crock pot recipes.

I bake it with potatoes and carrots. I season with salt pep garlic powder and some season salt. I cook at 375 for 45 mins, covered with foil and I make yellow rice.
