Can someone tell me their homemade taco seasoning

I need to make enchiladas right now and I forgot to get the msg laden stuff at the store.

2 T chili powder
1-1/2 T cumin
1-1/2 T paprika
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

3T of that for each 1lb of meat

For enchiladas? I usually make a sauce to go with enchiladas rather than taco seasoning. I don't have mine on my computer at work, but it's pretty similar to this:

I don't use chili powder, but instead sub out homemade chilis from my MIL's home grown New Mexico chilis.

(this is the ratio that i generally stick to -- lots of chili powder and less of the others)

We don't really measure this stuff but this is about the ratio we use, too, and we use everything listed here (assuming we have it at the time, lol).

1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Use 2 heaping T. with 1 cup of water. This equals what one package would give you.
