We are in this very unhealthy loop right now with Leo and eating. He loves to drop his food so the cat will come by his chair to eat. Well that would be all fine and good if the cat didn't IMMEDIATELY run to a rug to vomit on. He can not handle people food. So I spend the whole time trying to intersect any dropped food before the cat gets it. So Leo has gotten really sneaky about it because he is becoming to smart for his own good. And then Jack leaves a plate out that my dog goes ballistic over and breaks on the floor, but also eats the last bit of food on it which sends Jack into a tailspin of a fit.
lol.. having pets and mobile kids is hard. Joanna has all these toys, but none are as exciting as THE CATS! It is exhausting just trying to make sure nobody gets hurt.
Yes
I am sure Baily is better but we really have to watch Leo with Scarlett. She gets a bit nervy around babies and now Leo is in "OMG I AM GOING TO MAUL YOUR FACE WITH LOVE" phase. She doesn't quite know what to do with that. So she has to be separated from us when he is in that mode and I feel bad for her.
Yep. I just whined to myself because I finally got all of my shit done, got like 15 mins of peace, then Ethel started whining because she was stuck in a sleeping G's room. Of course I woke G up letting her out.

Ugh, YES to all this. We have 2 big dogs 2 cats, one of which is a total asshole and 2 mobile toddlers who are OBSESSED with the cats, especially the asshole, who in turn is OBSESSED with darting into the nursery any chance she gets then whining to get out as soon as the girls fall asleep. I'm done with all of them.
The morning is the worst. Trying to get them all fed while the girls are hanging on my legs whining and the cats are trying to trip me makes me murderous every morning.
Today I strapped the girls into their high chairs, put on Sesame Street and sat on the patio with my coffee.
