I hate doing things with/for my mom online by telephone. It's completely ridiculous.

Your mom is better than my mom--she won't go NEAR a computer, even though she bought a PC for me to use while I'm visiting. She's an intelligent woman, but she much prefers rubbing sticks together rather than learning how to use the interwebs. lol

I still get a chuckle out of my dad and using the "loud speaker" button on his cell phone
