What's your weekly workout plan? I think I'm just going to wing it this week but it will involve a lot of running. I'm thinking long run today (ran 8.5 miles), Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (10 miles. The other runs will likely be 5-6 miles.
Any goals you're approaching? Races this week? I haven't signed up yet but I'm thinking of doing a half marathon on July 28th. I worked it out and if I do long runs of 8, 10, 12, 12, 10 in the upcoming weeks I can manage.
I do have a 5K run on Monday. It's for Canada Day and they named it the Canada D'eh run. lol
What's your favorite piece of workout clothing? I have a pair of Nike shorts that are the perfect length and are compression-y without being too tight. They are several years old and are starting to get nasty but I can't find another pair of love as much!

I'm doing 30 day shred - would like to do it at least 5 times this week. I did it tonight even though I didn't feel like it and I'm so glad I did!
No races for me yet.
I have a pair of running shorts that I got from Target that I love.
For those insanity people, how much did you work out before you started? I got the DVDs last week and plan on starting after my vacation the first week of July.

What's your weekly workout plan? Don't really have one. I did about 20 miles on my bike yesterday and Zumba today. The rest of the week is busy and DH is going out of town, so it won't be much more than planks, push-ups, and crunches after A goes to bed.
Any goals you're approaching? Races this week? Nope. The country's largest 10k is on the 4th. I'm a crew chief for the event and will probably run WAY more than the 6.2 that day.
What's your favorite piece of workout clothing? I actually just got a new pair of Fila running shoes that I love. They're super light and already super comfortable.

Nothing. Except for jogging/walking. I was so sore though. Big mistake.You will have it so much easier since you are 30 day shredding it.
Weekly plan - Burn/TRX class Monday and Wednesday, training Thursday, run on Saturdsy (3-4 miles)
i had my 10K yesterday, and it was so freaking hot even at 8 AM. I didn't really train, but was still bummed by my time. I did it in 1 hour, 1 minute, 15 seconds...so BARELY under 10 minute miles. I wanted at least under an hour. Boo... But my own fault. No more races for me until the fall. I am a baby about heat.

Plan- today I did weights: dead lifts, step ups to a bench, few other things. Also 10 min elliptical. I can really ony spend 45 min at the gym since its lunch break from work.
I plan to do one spin class, 1-2 more weights and perhaps a jog of 3 miles at some point this week.
I never did my bike ride Sunday, too much going on. Hopefully this weekend,
No races. There is a race in my town August 4th, maybe I will sign up for that its a 5k.

What's your weekly workout plan? I plan on plodding on through the 30 Day Shred. Maybe I'll ball up and go on to level three this week. I'd like to get in a couple of runs this week, too, but it's such a pain in the ass for me during the week.

What's your favorite piece of workout clothing? I have very little in the way of workout clothes. Like, I have one pair of shorts and a couple of sports bras.
Weekly plan: Jog Wednesday and Friday mornings. Not sure if I'll get in a third, because it's so hot in the afternoons when DH gets home and on Saturday and Sunday, he'll be recovering from the Big V, so can't take care of the kids for me.
Other days, I'm hoping to do some Wii fit. Yesterday I didn't do much because Mondays are always kind of tiring.
I am hopefully back on track this week. I walked 2.5 miles on my lunch yesterday and will try to do some every day this week. I brought some workout clothes to work in case I get inspired to try and run.
No big goals, just to try and exercise every day and stop the scale from increasing.
I got some amazing Nike shorts from an awesome probie that I wear.
What's your weekly workout plan? I am running whenever I get a chance using C25K as a guide. I just did Week 5 Day 3. It kicked my ass. I've never run for 20 minutes straight. I did it though. Not that well. I plan to do it at least once more before moving up to another week.
Any goals you're approaching? Races this week? I want to just keep doing it. No races planned. There is a 4th of July race, but its hot. I'll probably wait a bit before running in a race.
What's your favorite piece of workout clothing? I have a long sleeve shirt from Gap that I love. Its the perfect length, bright green, and is so comfortable. I'm looking at buying a short sleeve version soon. I also want a running skirt. For no other purpose than I want to wear a skirt when I run.
I'm taking this week off because I have a ton of crap to do around the house, E's been a bear and isn't sleeping well, and we're leaving for vacation on Thursday. We've been working on our landscaping, garden, pool, and deck like crazy people and I'm counting that as exercise! I've got mountains of laundry to do so I can pack, DH is working at a job site and not getting home until after E's bedtime each night M - W of this week, and my hands are full with our nightly routine.
What's your weekly workout plan? Go to the gym 4 days a week. I do 2--25 on the eliptical and then have been taking a 20 minute "core" class on the big screen in the private video workout room. I love how you can do these on your own time, and it's private.
Any goals you're approaching? Races this week? Nope, just keep doing as I have been doing. Stay motivated and keep toning up.
