"Lost in all the Supreme Court excitement, I think, is the clearest division we've ever seen between Justices Scalia and Thomas, which is evident from their parallel concurrences in several of this week's opinions. Ideologically, they're both quite conservative, and historically they have the greatest pairwise voting correlation of any two Justices on the current court. But Scalia has been showing much more restraint compared to Thomas's "I would have gone a step further" activism."
Dude, when I log into Facebook, I want to know what sandwich you ate for lunch or see a photo of you goofing off at the beach.
I'll trade you this for five passive-agressive vaguebookers?
God, I hate vaguebookers, especially when a bunch of people take the bait and ask "are you okay?", "what's going on?", "I'm not sure what this is about, but I'm praying for you!" blah blah blah
i have a FB friend who posts her summaries of every USSC opinion. she got baby veronica backwards. she should stop.
LOL!
I did actually post today about baby Veronica and a link to the opinion, but it's related to my practice area and a lot of my adoptive mom friends would find it interesting. Doing this constantly would be beyond annoying, though.
