Do I need weights or tension bands or anything else equipment wise??
I tried googling and it tells me nothing.
DH and I just wrote up our grocery list, thanks to all the awesome suggestions then other day and exploring on Skinnytaste a bit. I'm excited about this healthy change. Here's to hoping I stick with it.

Guys I am such a picky eater! I am like so many of the hubbys you all make fun of here. Haha.
I am going to try her broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken. And some simple grilled shrimp over angel hair pasta recipe she had. I have major texture issues and I hate things mixed together. We will see how I do. Haha.
I'll probably do the workout sans weights for the first couple times just to get a feel. Then I may try water bottles/soup cans if I feel the need.
DH and I decided to do it together at night after work/Pey is in bed. So hopefully he will hold me to my word.
We have wood floors, but we have Peyton's alphabet mat in the living room so that should be enough cushion.
