I made another batch of marshmallows, because I forgot how easy they are to make and now can't help myself. Once I had to all nice in the pan, I decided to eat the marshmallow fluff off the whip. Turns out, your body doesn't like it when you consume pretty much pure sugar after working out. I didn't eat a lot, but it was a nearly instant stomach ache. Now I remember why I eat better when I work out. Why is it so easy to forget those details?
