Help please!
We have a hand me down table in our dining room that is solid, if a bit worn. I want to dress it up with a pretty tablecloth, but I don't know how to find the right size.
It is oval. 72" long by 48" wide.
So I should be looking for tablecloths that are longer than that, right? But how much longer? Is there a rule of thumb?
When I poke around in stores, all I'm finding are round or rectangle tablecloths. I haven't ever seen oval. Sorry to be so dense! My kitchen table is square and BB&B carries all sorts of tablecloths that fit it, so I've never thought about it much.
