My friend and I are meeting with the owner today of our local cross fit gym. He said that we'll warm up, do a short scalable workout (8 minutes) and then questions and answers. In all honesty, I really have no idea what that will entail, so if anyone has any insight as to what I can maybe expect, I'd totally appreciate it! I admit, I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing.
I just started 2 weeks ago and this is about what they told us prior. We went in the first day a little early which was great for introductions. They will walk you through a warm up and then will explain each or the exercises/moves/components or the workout and will have you practice a few reps. They will also be there to watch you and to help you during the workout if need be.
Best advice is to just go in with and open mind, ready to learn and ready to work. Have fun!
