RUN: 187.75 BIKE: 416.2 SWIM: 11.64 HOT YOGA: 6 hours
I didn't realize I rode my bike so much! I also took a recovery week so my swim is high (for me, lol)
I also did 10-15 minutes of nightly yoga before I practiced my chin stands. Those girls on Dance Moms make it look so easy but it takes incredible back strength. I can do 10-15 seconds before my back gets tired. Also, just FYI, don't do chin stands on a carpet. Rug burn on the chin doesn't look very cool.
swim - 18,412 yards (10.5 miles) - This is low for me due to being sick and our pool closing down for a week. bike - 500 miles plus a few trainer rides run - 70 miles
These are a little low due to being sick, but not too bad. Plus, I raced this weekend, so I was cutting back last week a bit.
At least 90. I didn't keep track during moving week. I think that is pretty damn good for a month where we moved with 3 kids (and no professional help, which I don't suggest )

Wow -- even surviving that is impressive, much less running while it's going on.

Swim - 4425 yards Bike - 126.05 miles Run - 32.5 miles
I essentially missed a week of training off and on this month while I was recovering, so I'm pretty pleased with the numbers, although there's a lot of room for improvement.
That's depressing, but considering I'm coming off of not running even a mile for a few months, & my first run wasn't until the 11th, I'll take it. I'm just happy I have something to post in here again.
