My sister and I are disagreeing about primer. I primed a wooden cabinet this morning in prep for painting it. My sister stopped by and commented on it, so I'm wondering what you ladies think.
When you prime something like a wooden bookcase/cabinet/ etc. do you go with a thin layer that just covers the surface or do you go for thicker that can't be seen through (coverage like a completely painted surface would be)? I'm not sure I'm wording this correctly, but hope you know what I mean.
