I went on quite the sugar bender yesterday so I am a little bloated
B: summer breakfast meatloaf L: italian stuffed pepper, blackberries S: kale D: roasted chicken leg, zucchini salad E: back squat work, then 8min AMRAP - power snatch at 90%

Pre E- banana E - 35 minutes on elliptical B - green smoothie L - quinoa veggie salad w/ lemon basil dressing & feta S - cucumbers/carrots w/ greek yogurt spinach artichoke dip, watermelon D - pesto veggie baked ziti
B: oatmeal w/ raspberries, small peach, nuts and dried berries, coffee w/ Truvia and unsweetened almond milk, hot green tea L: spinach w/ cottage cheese, smoked salmon, zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, greek yogurt w/ raspberries S: apple and small piece of cheese E: I got up super early at 5am for PT for my shoulder, came out of PT and it was pouring rain, decided to delay my run and took a nap, nap turned into a 3 hour nap - guess my body needed sleep more than running:/ - I have Hot Yoga tonight so today will be an active rest day D: Kashi frozen meal w/ some steamed veggies
I need to start posting here again, I go on vacay in 3 weeks, so I'm trying to be very good leading up till then!
B: bowl Kashi go lean cereal w/ skim milk, an apple and coffee S1: cottage cheese L: Lean Cuisine frozen meal, half an orange (it was kind of gross so I threw the rest away), white peach tea S2: homemade protein smoothie D: not sure, but probably some sort of salad w/ spinach, carrots, cauliflower and cucumbers, and some sort of meat S3: probably multi grain cheerios w/ skim milk
E: ST at the gym during lunch, then TKD class tonight
E: Power yoga (today's class was intense - lots of headstands/handstands and core work) B: oatmeal with granola, walnuts and dried cranberries L: ww noodles with 1 1/2C veggies (broccoli, carrot, snap peas) cooked in veggie broth S: 1 serving walnuts, 1 serving vegan chocolate chips E: Gentle Vinyasa class D: TBD - Probably will grab veggie burgers at the store after yoga - I've been so lazy with cooking lately and we have literally, nothing in our house to eat (except vegan ice cream…).
