I am running a 5k at 11:30 pm Wednesday night. Nope, not a typo - 11:30 pm. What should I do on the day of for the race? Also any thoughts on what I should eat for dinner so I'm not throwing up mid-race?
This is a big race for my running club, why did I let myself be talked into this race? It's way past my bedtime.
